Upon submitting a financing request and completing the corresponding authorization, the Platform will deliver the request information to licensed collaborating financial institutions in accordance with the Platform's rules, solely for financing evaluation and approval. The Platform will not share information if the user has not submitted the request or completed the authorization.

1. Scope of information collection

When registering, using the Platform, or submitting financing requests, we may collect the following information:

1.1 Basic personal information

• Full name

• Identity document number or passport number

• Contact details (mobile phone, email)

Usage: Registration and management of accounts, identity verification, assistance to financial institutions for application evaluation.

1.2 Emergency contact information

• Contact Name

• Phone number

• Relationship with the user

Use: Assistance to financial institutions in risk management and contact in necessary situations.

1.3 Real identity and company information

• Company operating license

• Legal representative's identity document

• Scope of business operations and authorization certificates

Use: Verification of the company's legality and assistance to financial institutions in the evaluation of financing applications.

1.4 Bank Information

• Bank account number

• Bank name

• Account Name

Use: Intermediation for financing services and support in fund processes (financing services are managed independently by financial institutions).

1.5 Biometric Information

• Facial recognition data

• Identity verification photographs

Use: Identity verification, fraud prevention, and identity confirmation. The Platform only uses biometric information in identity verification and security scenarios, adopting strict legal and technical protection measures.

1.6 Device Information and Usage

• Device model

• Operating system

• IP Address

• Application Usage Log

Usage: Optimization of service experience, detection of unusual operations, and system security.

2. Purpose of using the information

We use your information only within a legal, necessary, and clearly defined scope, including:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize the services of the Platform

• Assist users in submitting financing applications to licensed financial institutions

• Complete identity verification and account security management

• Risk management, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention

• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

⚠️ Important notice: All approvals, disbursements, fund management, and payments are carried out independently by licensed financial institutions; The Platform does not directly provide funds.

3. Information Storage and Security

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information, including:

• Use of standard industry encryption technologies to protect data transmission and storage

• Strict control of data access permissions by staff

• Periodic system security assessments and risk analysis

• Data backup mechanisms to prevent information loss

4. Sharing of information and disclosure to third parties

• After the user's authorization when submitting the financing request, to provide necessary information to licensed financial institutions for evaluation and approval

• As required by laws, judicial or regulatory authorities

Except as indicated in the law or this policy, the Platform will not sell or disclose user information to unrelated third parties.

•                      Third-party technical services (such as Google Firebase, Analytics SDK) may be used to process anonymous technical information, which is solely for statistical analysis and product optimization.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

This privacy policy is governed by Malaysian legislation, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation; If it is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
